How to Use Your Talisman of the Nine Breaths

Hold & Anchor – Slip the ring around your finger and let the charm rest at the bottom. Take a moment to center yourself.

Begin Your Breathwork – Start at the first bead. Inhale deeply through your nose for a slow count of 10 as you hold the bead between your fingers.

Release & Move – Exhale gently through your mouth for a slow count of 10 as you move to the next bead.

Repeat & Flow – Continue this process, moving bead by bead, until you reach the charm at the bottom. Feel your body relax with each breath.

Repeat as Needed – You can repeat the cycle as many times as you need to restore calm and balance.

A mala necklace is more than a beautiful piece of jewelry—it is a tool for mindfulness, breathwork, and meditation. By using each bead to guide your breath, you can calm the mind, release stress, and restore balance.

How to Use Your Mala for Breathwork

Hold & Center – Find a comfortable place to sit. Hold the mala in one hand, with the charm or guru bead between your fingers. Take a moment to settle your breath.

Breathe In – Gently hold the first bead next to the charm. Inhale deeply through your nose for a slow count of 10.

Breathe Out – Exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of 10, then move to the next bead.

Move Through the Mala – Continue this process, bead by bead, breathing in and out for a count of 10 each time, moving around the entire mala.

Complete the Cycle – When you reach the charm again, take a deep breath and sit for a moment in stillness, noticing how you feel.

Repeat as Needed – You can continue the cycle as many times as you wish to deepen relaxation and focus.
