Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at Shadow Lotus Tea Emporium. As a retailer of premium loose-leaf teas, we take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. We understand that sometimes a customer may not be satisfied with their purchase and we are happy to offer an exchange for any unopened tea product purchased from us.
Please note that due to the nature of our products being a food item, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we will exchange any unopened tea product for an item of equal or lesser value. If you wish to exchange your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, the tea product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Once we receive your returned item, we will send out your exchange within 5 business days. Shipping charges for the exchange will be at the customer's expense.
If you receive a damaged or defective tea product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect. We will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost to you.
